Consulting cos emerge top recruiters
Lucknow: Consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and McKinsey and Company emerged as top recruiters at the final placements for the batch of 2022-24 of the Post-Graduate Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L). India’s top business schools, including IIML, this year took longer than usual to finish their placements.

Chairperson, students’ affairs and placement, IIML Prof Priyanka Sharma said: “Despite the challenging job market conditions, IIML has once again solidified its standing among the top B-schools. The institute has proven to be a preferred destination for organisations, even in the face of a tough economic landscape.”
The highest domestic salary offered to a student was Rs 66 lakh per annum (LPA), an increase of Rs 11 lakh from last year while the highest international package stood at Rs 45 LPA, a significant dip of Rs 20 lakh from last year. The mean salary was Rs 30 LPA.
