Traffic cop dies after dumper hits his bike
Navi Mumbai: A 57-year-old constable, Arun Karle, attached to the Kalamboli traffic unit, died in a bike accident, while his wife Anita (52), who was riding pillion, sustained minor injuries.
A dumper hit Karle’s bike near Tembhode village in Panvel on the service road below Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Friday. Khandeshwar police have registered an FIR against the dumper driver, Ravi Chaudhary (24).
