Anubhav is in happy space amid all the negativity

Actor Anubhav Kanjilal who is in Delhi right now spending some quality time with family is more than happy to receive a piece of good news amid all these negativity. His next film ‘Sahobase’ is all set for Chicago screening.
“I am so happy to hear the news. There’s so much negativity around us. Now, we have something to cheer for. Our next film Sahobase will be screened at the CBFF2020.Chhobighar, a Bengali film society in Chicago is hosting Chicago Bengali Film Festival - CBFF2020 from September 28 to Oct 4. It’s a free event. Our film will be shown on October 1. Since we all are waiting for a theatrical release and it’s not possible right now these festival screenings are great news,” said the young actor while speaking to us exclusively over the phone.
Anjan Kanjilal’s first feature film directorial ‘Sahobase’ sees Anubhav playing the lead opposite Ishaa Saha in this slice of a life drama. Shot in and around Kolkata, the cast of this film also includes Saayoni Ghosh, Deboleena Dutta Mukherjee, Rahul Banerjee, Subhashish Mukherjee, Biswajit Chakraborty and Tulika Basu in pivotal roles. The first poster of the film is already out.

The story revolves around the life of an unmarried couple who live together to find happiness and contentment from their relationship. However, as we get to know every chapter of their lives we realize that they are troubled with individual commitments, deception, arguments originating due to a generation gap between parents and their children.
