Aditi Rao Hydari slams heathrow airport as 'Worst' after 19-hour luggage delay

Aditi Rao Hydari shared on Instagram that she had to wait over nineteen hours for her luggage at Heathrow Airport. Waiting that long can be really frustrating, especially after a long flight. Her story shows how common travel problems can be.
Aditi Rao Hydari expressed frustration with Heathrow Airport, labeling it the 'worst.' She revealed that instead of assisting her, airport officials directed her to contact the airline herself to retrieve her luggage.
On her Instagram story, the actress shared a picture of the empty luggage belt and wrote, "#Heathrow chaos x 10000. 2 hours at an empty luggage belt! @heathrow_airport Worst."

In response to her post, the official Instagram account of the airport sent her a lengthy message, advising her to contact the airline regarding her luggage.

The message read, "Hi there, we are sorry to learn that your luggage is delayed, As airlines employ their own grounds team, and baggage handlers, Heathrow have no control over the baggage handling process. So we would recommend contacting your chosen airline for further information, you can contact your airline using the information on our website."
Aditi shared a screenshot of the conversation on her story, commenting, "Heathrow is not providing any answers @british_airways ?????? It's been three hours and counting."


In her third story, Aditi revealed that she still hadn't received her luggage even after six hours.
