Since the day of its release, Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD has been getting applauses not only from the audience, but also from the bigwigs of the industry. From Yash of KGF fame to Abhishek Bachchan to SS Rajamouli to Chiranjeevi to Adivi Sesh to Shobu Yarlagadda, everyone has been raving about the movie, and now none other than Superstar Rajinikath has praised the film.


Taking to X ( formerly Twitter) he called the film an epic and shared that it has taken Indian Cinema to another level and he’s eagerly awaiting for the second part. He wrote , “ Watched Kalki. WOW! Kalki has set the box office on fire not only in India, but also across the globe. The film in India in just 2 days, has earned Rs 149 crore and is expected to cross Rs 200 crore mark before the end of the day. In North America, it has crossed US $ 7 million mark ( 59 crore) and will be adding another US $3 to US $ 4 million in the next 2 days.
Besides the lead cast, the film also has a stellar line up of special appearances from SS Rajamouli to Ram Gopal Varma to Mrunal Thakur to Vijay Deverakonda to Dulquer Salmaan.
