Aparna Balamurali - Raj B Shetty to team up for ‘Rudhiram’

Kannada film ‘Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana’ fame Raj B Shetty is finally making his Mollywood debut with the upcoming film ‘Rudhiram’ and the actress Aparna Balamurali plays one of the lead characters in the movie. The film will be released in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

Helmed by the director Jisho Lon Antony, ‘Rudhiram’ seems to be a revenge thriller as the tagline reads, “The axe forgets, but the tree remembers.” The title look poster has a painting style coupled with a surreal look. Overall ‘Rudhiram’ seems to be promising with the terrific actors Aparna Balamurali and Raj B Shetty.
The script for ‘Rudhiram’ will be penned down by the director Jisho Lon Antony along with the writer Joseph Kiran George. Sajad Kaakku is the cinematographer and the editing section will be handled by Bavan Sreekumar and the music will be composed by Midhun Mukundan. Syam Karthikeyan will be handling the art department and sound design by Ganesh Marar. ‘Rudhiram’ will start rolling soon.
Meanwhile, Aparna Balamurali’s previous outing in the Malayalam film industry was with the film ‘Ini Utharam’ and the actress has a host of highly ambitious projects in the pipeline that includes ‘Thankam’, ‘Kaapa’, and ‘Dhoomam’.
