‘Kanakarajyam’: Trailer of the Indrans and Murali Gopy starrer is out! - WATCH

Indrans and Murali Gopy starrer ‘Kanakarajyam’ is set to hit the theatres on July 5, and ahead of the release, the makers have launched the trailer. The film directed by Sagar is based on an incident that happened in Alappuzha a few years ago.

The trailer suggests that Indrans plays the role of a father of a teenage daughter, working as a security guard at a local jewelry store.Murali Gopy’s character, on the other hand, is a family man going through a tough time. These two characters cross paths at a crucial moment in their lives, resulting in chaos. Indrans, who has been making the audience go gaga with his soulful performances, onces again aces the role in ‘Kanakarajyam’.
'Kanakarajyam’ is touted to be a family drama based. This film marks Sagar's third directorial venture after 'Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikkoo' and 'Veekam.'

Sreejith Ravi, Dinesh Prabhakar, Kottayam Ramesh, Rajesh Sharma, Unni Raj, Achuthanandan, James Eliya, Harish Pengan, Remya Suresh, Saina Krishna, Sreevidya Mullassery, and Athira Patel are also part of the cast.

On the technical side, the cinematography is done by Abhilash Shankar and the editing by Ajeesh. Arun Muraleedharan composes the music while the lyrics are penned by BK Harinarayanan, and Dhanya Suresh Menon.
