Vimala Raman made her debut in Mollywood with the movie 'Time'.She romanced superstar Suresh Gopi in the film. Her performance as Vaiga grabbed the attention of the movie buff and the stunning actress started getting more and more movies. Her second film 'Pranayakalam' was a romantic drama and it made her popular amongst the youngsters. Vimala Raman has acted alongside superstars in Mollywood including Mammootty, Mohanlal, Jayaram and Dileep. She has appeared in several movies including 'Sooryan', 'Nasrani' and 'Romeo' among others. She also appeared in 'Calcutta News', playing a supporting cast.
Meanwhile, the actress is busy in other South languages like Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. The diva’s last Malayalam release was ‘Oppam’. She is playing a supporting cast in the Mohanlal-starrer.
