Vijay resumes 'GOAT' shoot to complete the pending patchwork

The shooting of the film is nearing completion and the film is scheduled to release in theatres on September 5. In the meantime Vijay has resumed the film shoot as the patchwork is underway. Vijay was spotted in a grey shirt in the latest picture clicked with a fan at the 'GOAT' set, while the entire filming of the actor's next is expected to be wrapped up in a day or two.The post-production work for the film is happening parallelly as the film is on track for September 5 release.
Reported to be a time travel film, Vijay plays a dual role as father and son in his first-ever film with director Venkat Prabhu. Vijay will be seen sporting multiple looks, while the makers have used the de-aging technique to film one of his looks in the film. 'GOAT' aka 'The Greatest Of All Time' glimpse and second single were unveiled by the makers recently and the special updates on the occasion of Vijay's 50th birthday were well enjoyed by fans. Vijay has sung the second single titled 'Chinna Chinna Kangal', while the song's composer Yuvan Shankar Raja used the AI technique to record the late singer Bhavathirini's voice for the female portion.
Several reports about 'GOAT' have been hitting the internet regularly to boost the film's buzz, and the film is set to shatter box office records.
