Vijay to honour class 10th and 12th students on June 28 and July 3

We had earlier reported that actor Vijay, who is all set to take the political plunge in 2026 state election, will be felicitating the top scorers of class 10th and 12th grade this year, just like he did last year. The story actor will be honouring the students through his political party 'Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam' on June 28 and July 3, 2024. He will honor the students with certificates and incentives in the presence of their parents.
Initially the felicitation ceremony will be held on 28th June, 2024 at Sri Ramachandra Convention Centre, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.Students from the districts of Ariyalur, Coimbatore, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Erode, Kanyakumari, Karur, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Namakkal, Nilgiris, Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram, Salem, Sivagangai, Thenkasi, Theni, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Tirupur, Virudhunagar will be felicitated.

Subsequently, in the second phase on July 3, 2024, students from the districts of Chengalpattu, Chennai, Cuddalore, Kallakurichi, Kanchipuram, Karaikal, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Perambalur, Puducherry, Ranipettai, Thanjavur, Thiruvallur, Thiruvannamalai, Tiruvarur, Tirupattur, Trichy, Vellore, and Villupuram will be felicitated.
Meanwhile on the work front, Vijay is currently filming for Venkat Prabhu's directorial 'GOA', and the film shooting has reached the final stage. Vijay is expected to meet students after completing the shooting of 'GOAT'.
