In January, director Maruthi announced that he was making a film titled 'The Raja Saab' featuring Prabhas in the lead role. The announcement, accompanied by a vibrant first-look poster of Prabhas in a dapper look with a colorful lungi, sent fans into a frenzy. However, the shooting for the film has yet to begin, and the release plan remains undisclosed.
Recently, a prominent movie ranking website rated the film and revealed a synopsis that reads, “It is about a couple who fall in love, but their destiny has to change due to a negative energy.”
Reacting to this, director Maruthi took to social media, posting a picture of the IMDb synopsis, humorously stating that he was unaware of this plot, and jokingly asking the website to shoot the film with a different script.

Maruthi’s response garnered significant attention from fans. He posted on X, saying, "Ararare, I don’t know this plot! So shoot with a different script. Ippudu IMDB Samajam accept chestada mari (Will the IMDB community accept it?)"
'The Raja Saab' is a horror comedy starring Prabhas and Malavika Mohanan in the lead roles. The music for the film is composed by S. Thaman, and it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
Meanwhile, Prabhas is enjoying the success of his film 'Kalki 2898 AD', which was released in theaters on June 27. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is a mythological science fiction set in a dystopian post-apocalyptic future and has grossed about Rs 600 crore at the global box office.
