‘Vajra Kavachadhara Govinda’: The Saptagiri starrer all set for a May release

Comedian-turned-lead actor Saptagiri starrer ‘Vajra Kavachadhara Govinda’ went on the floors a couple of months ago amidst a lot of exceptions. Touted to be a comedy entertainer, the comedy-drama has Vaibhavi Joshi sharing screen space with Saptagiri, besides a host of other actors like Archana Veda, Temper Vamsy, Apparao, Avinash, Rajendra John Kottoli, Viren Thambidorai and others in pivotal and supporting roles. Arun Pawar of ‘Saptagiri Express’ fame is wielding the megaphone for this venture.
According to the latest reports, as it is settling down the post-production works, ‘Vajra Kavachadhara Govinda’ is set for a May release. It was supposed to release on the occasion of Ugadi On April 6, but due to delay in post-production works, it was postponed. VKG marks the second collaboration of director Arun Pawar and Saptagiri after ‘Saptagiri Express’. Vijay Bulganin has composed music for this flick, while the cinematography has been handled by Praveen Vanamali.
‘Vajra Kavachadhara Govinda’ is being bankrolled by Eddala Narendra and GVN Reddy under the banner of Siva Sivam Films.
