His trainer, Kris Gethin, divulged details about Roshan's rigorous workout regimen and disciplined diet, particularly during his preparation for the film 'Fighter'. In a 2023 interview with GQ India, Kris Gethin outlined Roshan's fitness routine, which involved five days of training per week, focusing on different body parts such as back and biceps or chest and triceps. Each session lasted 45 to 60 minutes, complemented by daily activities like jogging and swimming. Gethin also revealed Roshan's diet plan in India Today, emphasizing six to seven protein-rich meals a day comprising foods like fish, chicken, oats, and vegetables.
