She shares her love for Lipa's music, particularly highlighting the impact of 'New Rules' (2017), which was the first song that truly resonated with her.

At 34, Jonita, celebrated for hits like 'Gilehriyaan' (Dangal, 2016), 'What Jhumka?' (Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, 2023), and 'Soni Soni' (Ishq Vishk Rebound), is excited to perform before Dua Lipa. Although she hasn’t finalized her setlist, she plans to showcase as many of her songs as possible, promising an exciting performance.
The excitement is building as international artists prepare to visit India, with big names like Dua Lipa, Alan Walker, and Bryan Adams set to perform this year.

When asked if concertgoers abroad are equally excited for Indian artists, Jonita Gandhi, who recently performed in Colombo and the US, enthusiastically confirms. She explains that the excitement grows when fans are geographically distant from their favorite artists, making the experience of having them perform in their city even more special.
Describing this as “an exciting phase” in her singing career, Jonita Gandhi also mentions her long-awaited acting debut, originally planned for 2021. While she doesn’t have any film projects lined up at the moment, she remains open to exploring acting opportunities soon.
