WWE NXT is gearing up to deliver some action-packed matches ahead of their upcoming PLE, No Mercy. We have plenty of exciting showdowns arranged for No Mercy, and the upcoming episode of NXT will only add to the fans' excitement, so we can expect plenty of promos to be cut and matches to be held.
We’ve received confirmation on two more events that are going to take place on the upcoming episode of WWE NXT.We’ll get to see Joe Hendry host another concert, while Je’Von Evans will also be in action against Joe Coffey. Next week is shaping up to be exciting, let’s take a look at what we can expect from these newly added events.

Je’Von Evans and Joe Hendry are two of the best in the business

Both Hendry and Evans are two of the most talented wrestlers to feature for WWE NXT over the past few months. Hendry can get the crowd on his side in a way that no other NXT talent can, so we can expect quite a promo out of him as he takes the stage to perform yet another concert ahead of his match at No Mercy.
If spoilers are to be believed, Ethan Page will also make an appearance during Hendry’s concert. Moreover, Ava will also appear to announce Trick Williams as the special guest referee for Page’s match against Hendry. With Williams dictating the flow of the match, we can say that Hendry’s chances of becoming NXT Champion are looking very solid right now.
On the other hand, we have Je’Von Evans going up against Joe Coffey from the Gallus faction. Evans and Coffey got into an argument during last week’s episode of NXT. Finally, these two stars will get to settle their differences in the ring. Evans always puts on a show, and Coffey has also been impressive as of late, so we can expect an entertaining bout from these two tomorrow.

Wes Lee will also feature on NXT (8/27)

Wes Lee is also set to make an appearance on this week’s episode, and he’ll be coming face-to-face with his former tag team partner, Zachary Wentz. Lee turned heel and betrayed Wentz at the Great American Bash earlier this month. This is the first time these two will face each other since Lee’s betrayal.
Zach Wentz and the fans were both caught off guard by Wes Lee’s heel turn. Lee also went on to say that Wentz was holding him back, which was part of the reason he turned heel. Surely, Zachary will not take such disrespect without fighting back. It wouldn’t be surprising if Wes Lee and Wentz come to blows when they face off on tomorrow’s episode of NXT
From the looks of it, WWE has quite a show planned for us ahead of their No Mercy PLE. Hopefully, all these exciting matchups and segments will live up to the hype.
