Biography

Byron Carter was born in Mississippi. Carter earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mississippi State University and a J.D. from the Mississippi College of Law. His career experience includes working as an attorney and as a law clerk in the Mississippi Supreme Court for Presiding Justice Armis Hawkins.[1]
