John Hickey
John Joseph Hickey (1911-1970) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Hickey was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on May 12, 1966, to a seat vacated by Judge John Pickett. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 9, 1966, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 22, 1970.[1]
