Todd Kirby (Republican Party) was a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 44. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. He left office on July 2, 2024.

On November 15, 2023, Kirby announced that he would not seek re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates.[2]

On July 2, 2024, Kirby resigned from the West Virginia House of Delegates to serve as circuit judge for Raleigh County.[3]
