80% of global emissions from 2016 through 2022 can be traced to just 57 corporate and state producing entities. In order to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement, we must ensure that these corporates do not dominate the climate lobbying landscape to governments around the world.
For this event during London Climate Action Week, we invite leading businesses and associations to a roundtable to discuss climate policy engagement and how corporates can lead on climate. Participants will hear the latest research and insights from InfluenceMap and We Mean Business Coalition on how to front-foot regulation and shape policy incentives for a zero emissions business model. Participants will also be given the opportunity to preview and shape new guidance on how corporates can align their associations with climate ambition.
