Both Anthony and Paula at the Manchester Branch have been excellent throughout the whole process. Anthony was very helpful and accommodating of my personal situations. He was also just a very genuine and friendly person to have a discussion with. And Paula has been great keeping me informed through the whole mortgage process.
I did my first two meetings with them in-person at their offices just off of Deansgate in the city centre. Absolutely would recommend to other first-time buyers 👍

Efficient and quick.
Both Beth Preston and Kearn Docherty were very helpful in helping us search the most appropriate mortgage deals. They had access to certain deals that are not available publicly. When I contacted them about rates dropping, they were able to find an alternative deal and switch me over really quickly.

I am a 25 years old first buyer and got recommended First Mortgage by a colleague.

My dealings with first mortgage were fantastic from day one.
Stuart Brown and David McFarlane dealt with my case and they really went over and above from day one.
They were both friendly and professional,I never felt rushed ,both were very clued up and every email I sent seemed to be responded to within minutes.
I am not particularly good with computers so getting certain documents was a bit of a pain but David and Jayne dealt with that for me.
This was a great help.
I would absolutely recommend giving first mortgage a go.
(Even if it isn't your first mortgage).

Stuart was friendly and gave me a much better understanding of how mortgages work, which as a first-time buyer was all very new to me. The office has a really nice atmosphere which put me at ease. David was also great over email in making sure they had all my documents. Neither were pushy and I felt that I could take my time and say no to things that weren't right for me.
