As a first-time buyer, I've always heard horror stories about mortgage brokers, but not with Habito.
The process is so easy, and Joe made the whole experience flow smoothly.
The site is well thought out and super easy to use, and best thing of all, they had the best offer on the market.

Amazing experience as a FTB (with mortgage).
From start to finish Habito have been professional, clear and have always checked in with us.
Had a lot of question re the mortgage process and Matthew, Richard and George were always more than happy to explain everything thoroughly.
Website is easy to navigate and had a reply within the hour whenever I used the built in message system.
Have recommended Habito to a few people and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Communicated everything really quickly over messenger with no need for phone calls so we could sort things outside work hours. Case handler was really knowledgeable and friendly and had several meetings with the bank about our situation. Have used Habito twice before and will definitely use again in the future

I dealt with Raj, Joe, Helen and Patricia and was very pleased with the speed and level of detail in their responses. Being a FTB, I had more questions than a seasoned buyer would probably have, so appreciated their patience. One feature of Habito is that you are being looked after by a team (hence the speed of responses as you don't depend on someone's leave), but everything is done online, so you don't speak to anyone and you have to regularly check your chats with Habito for updates. You can ask to send you something by email, but it is not a default method of communication.
I would also recommend keeping checking for mortgage deals using mortgage comparison websites while waiting for legals, etc, and alert Habito if a better deal appears on the market, so they applied for an amended offer.

As first-time buyers and with one party on a fixed term visa, Habito went the extra mile to make sure everything was clear and that we were comfortable on every step of the way. The process of buying a house is complex, stressful and at times deeply confusing - yet the process of applying for a mortgage was demystified. I can't recommend Habito highly enough, and a special shout out to Jessica and Scarlett who were always responsive and super helpful.

I used Habito as a first time buyer who wasn't confident in applying directly. I don't believe I got any perks from using the broker i.e rate and terms were the same, but I had someone to talk me through options and next steps etc which was really reassuring. All done through a chat on the website which I loved as I wasn't having to make or receive calls during work. Kris and Matthew were great and I'd recommend Habito to other cautious first time buyers

I’ve written a review before after my mortgage advisor at Habito had helped me apply for my mortgage. Well I’ve come back to write another one now it has been approved. This is my second time using Habito and they are honestly fantastic. The service is so efficient and they do everything so quickly! We received mortgage reccomendations and an application submission the same day we contacted them! Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgable and helped us find the best deal for our circumstances.
George was also great at sorting things out for us towards the end, we received our mortgage offer in a matter of weeks. Honestly cannot thank them both enough for being a major part of us securing our family home. We also got a really nice gift box from them when we completed which was such a nice touch. Keep up the great work!

This time Emily Smith did a faultless job helping me with a mortgage renewal and answering all my questions even though a lot didn't relate to the immediate transaction. From applying for our mortgage in principle to submitting our mortgage application, Pietro made the whole experience easy. He has been very responsive to queries usually getting back to us within the hour. He has been transparent, professional and knowledge. The habito app is easy to navigate and I would have no hesitation using them again and recommending to family and friends

Great first experience with Habito and our advisor Joe Lavin. We had initial conversations with several mortgage advisors, both local and online, and Habito was the most responsive and provided the best rates.
Joe Lavin was great, he understood our situation and asked all the right questions, so it was clear what documents and information we needed to provide to get the process going asap, which we appreciated what with having an offer already accepted. He also found us the best rate possible we'd seen so far.
The portal to upload your documents was also very easy and clear. Any problems or queries we could use the chat function and get responses instantly; everyone was helpful and friendly.
We first got in touch with Habito on a Wednesday, provided all information the same day and were told our application with the lender would be submitted by Friday. Would recommend!
Edit: it is now the following Wednesday and we have received our mortgage offer! The whole process took 7 days and was so easy. Billy was great at handling our case with the lender and resolving any queries quickly to get our offer.

Worked with Teddy and Chris and Christine to get a remortgage done. I have been with Habito for the last 3 years, I had remortgaged with Habito two years ago and the process was so simple and easy. The staff were amazing is getting everything completed - so now I'm here off to Habito to get another re-mortgage completed - Teddy, Chris, and Christine have been so polite, understanding and keen to complete the re-mortgage for us. Each step has been explained to us clearly and they have been with us every step of the way.

I am now using Habito for the second time, after having had a very good experience with the service about 2 years ago.
I have been very pleased to find that the service is still just as easy to use, helpful, and straightfoward as it was when I first needed it. Apart from sorting out my mortgage application, through Habito Plus, Habito is also handling the legal work required for the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new one.
Ahmet and Mariam in particular have been a pleasure to work with, both very patient and diligent. They are giving me frequent updates about the state of my mortgage application and legal work. The solicitors I was put in touch with through Habito plus have also been really helpful.
I'd very gladly recommend Habito to anyone looking for help buying their home!

Such an easy process, completed my details and was the contacted by Raj who guided us through the process providing us options to choose from. Once selected he processed everything for us and was at the end of the email willing to answer all our questions. He has also offered to run another check before our current deal ends to ensure we still have the best rate. Above and beyond service. Would recommend to anyone for first time mortgages and re-mortgages.
We also dealt with Billy at customer services and again very helpful.
All in all a happy customer who will recommend to all my friends and family.
