Second time I've used Habito and this experience was just as positive as the first. Cannot fault them from start to finish absolutely second to none. I wish I came across Habito before I had dealt with other brokers who couldn’t get me the mortgage I wanted. But this was not a problem for Habito. I have to say the team I dealt with were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much to Kris, Helen, Jo and last but certainly not least Billy for getting us the perfect mortgage offer and for guiding us through the whole process & keeping in touch with us. We have used Habito twice now for 2 separate mortgages and have found the service provided to be excellent. On this occasion, both Emily and Billy have helped us hugely and have always answered any questions we have had. We've been particularly impressed with how Emily has followed up a number of times when lower rates were available, especially with our current lender which will save us a lot of time and money.

I had a great advisor Joe, who explained everything to me very clearly and was able to multiple comparisons for me before I made a decision. He always answered every query extremely promptly. Teddy at Habito has been great for me. He has worked around the clock, often late, so help find me the most suitable mortage and comparing 2 year and 5 year. Always very quick to respond. Overall also very happy with the Habito interface and procedures to get mortgage quotes quckly.

I've got my keys to my new home last Friday. Thanks to Pietro's and Matthew's excellent services, the purchasing process was pretty smooth. I've been speaking with Ahmet on and off throughout my home purchasing journey. As a FTB who has read up on the whole process, I still decided to go through with Habito.
They're friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions. Their free broker service is great and the information is clear and easy to understand. It feels like they go above and beyond even for a non paid service.

Just tried this as saw it recommended on Money Saving Expert. Was a bit skeptical but it was unbelievably straightforwards and quick and very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive advisors - our guy was called Ahmet. Zero to all info required for application to be submitted in under 2hrs while also doing other stuff. Amazing! Would highly recommend.

Having just retired, found it difficult remortgaging my existing buy to let as no income and not looking to draw my pension at the moment. Found Habito online and various options available through a broker at much better rates. Used the chat function to contact them and responses were very quick and now at ‘application submitted’ stage which has been very straight forward to date.
