Ghosted

I submitted all of the required personal documentation to the portal; passports, bank statements, pay slips etc. & booked a time to review with an advisor. However I got an email an hour before the appointment saying I’d missed the call and offering a time to reschedule. I didn’t have any missed call on my phone or voicemail but replied via email with a few options. I never got a response & have chased up a few times. If it weren’t for the reviews, I’d feel like this was a scam, especially as they have all of my my sensitive / personal data!!

Great service. Highly recommended

The service was very straightforward. I turned to Mojo mortgages via uswitch as I've used the latter for mobile and utilities deals for many years. My previous mortgage advisor was pushing me towards a provider who had valued my house £10k below the valuation 2 years ago without coming out to visit.

Ellie at Mojo Mortgages returned the best option with free legals which coincidentally is my bank whom I've been with for 20 years and have my main credit card with. Demi then kept in contact until convenyancing commenced and there were no further queries. Altogether a smooth service

Remortgage and borrow more

I recently used Mojo to find me a remortgage deal and borrow some extra.Very good contact from the start with Dean who told me what information was needed and he did the rest.All completed within a month ,very happy to recommend MOJO to anyone else .

Very happy with the help we received…

Very happy with the help we received around our mortgage renewal, the call was very professional Ben our advisor super knowledgeable and helpful. He also, with our permission set up a life insurance renewal call for us with his colleague who again was able to help us, update all the changes and find the best policy to meet our new circumstances. I would highly recommend this company !

Website poor but staff great

Not great. Followed the questionnaire thinking I’d get estimates at the end. No, I had to book an appointment with someone and no ability to cancel it on their platform or contact details. Just the option to log out. Waste of my time. Waste of Emily’s time.

Edit - Emily called and I explained to her what I was after. She was fabulous and will send over the information required.

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish. I am a first time buyer so I was a bit clueless at first but they were so patient with me. Found me a great mortgage even with my awkward income! So happy I chose to go with them.

Excellent service from knowledgeable and helpful people

We originally really just wanted a quotation, but Daryl was so very knowledgeable and helpful that we were more than happy to change our mortgage there and then. He understood our requirements and gave us all the options.
Daryl then passed us over to a colleague of the same name in order to sort life insurance on the mortgage. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful and saved us further money.
We saved circa £200 per month in total, and to put a cherry on the proverbial cake, there were no arrangement fees.
Our thanks to the two Daryl’s, you’re both a credit to your company.

Our broker Stuart was amazing

Our broker Stuart was amazing. He kept everything in real terms and didn't try to sell us any extras or bombard us with jargon. He managed to keep our mortgage as low as possible and it was quick easy to finalise. Thank you 😊

When I first called I spoke with Marc he was friendly and quick to call and helped a lot, I have been working with Lauren cumming and I can not recommend more, she has helped so much and very knowledgeable
has giving my peace of mind and answered everything I’ve asked
