18-year-old man shot and killed in Flint on Friday

An 18-year-old man has died following a shooting in Flint Friday evening.

FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - An 18-year-old man has died following a shooting in Flint Friday evening.

The shooting occurred at about 9:15 p.m. on Friday in the 2900 block of Mallery Street.

According to the Michigan State Police, the 18-year-old man was in an argument with a relative in a driveway when a 54-year-old man shot him. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The 54-year-old man was arrested and is currently at the Genesee County Jail.

No other information has been released.

Police are continuing their investigation.
