Lorraine Kelly has paid a sweet tribute to one of Taylor Swift's talented Eras Tour backup dancers.

On Wednesday's instalment of ITV's long-running morning chat show Lorraine, a segment was dedicated to one of the 34-year-old mega-star's dancers.

The reason behind the shout-out was that dancer Kameron Saunders had gone for rocking the iconic Scottish tartan as Taylor's Eras Tour landed in Edinburgh over the weekend.

And this cultural nod certainly didn't go unmissed by Scotland's national treasure herself.

Taking to her personal Instagram account, Lorraine shared a picture of Kameron being mentioned on her TV show with a gushing caption.

"Hello @kamnsaunders - Lorraine here - we featured you on my UK show @lorraine this morning because you are FABULOUS and you rocked that kilt!!" the 64-year-old presenter penned.

"Hope you are having the best time with @taylorswift #love #happy #taylorswift #joy #tartan #dancing," she added.

And it was apparent Lorraine's followers agreed, with many of them rushing to the comment section to pay Kameron a compliment themselves.

One fan @mrs_l_sed wrote: "I love him cannot wait to wear my @kamnsaunders tshirt on Liverpool N3. The Main Character."

As @rachelaitken_presents said: "Rocked it!!" with user @leridahjohnstone pointing out: "That's the way to do it!!"

One follower @Wendy_skelton14 went as far as to say: "You need to have him on the show when it reaches London. He is just the best."

To which Lorraine replied, agreeing: "Absolutely."

Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV and ITVX.
