Deciding to go for the snip, Lady Amelia Windsor has traded her long blonde locks for a much shorter bob, and fans have been quick to comment with their thoughts on Amelia's tresses.
Amelia is the Duke of Kent's granddaughter and currently stands at 43rd in the line of succession - she is known for wearing her beachy long tresses around her face but decided to go for a change when she visited George Northwood's London hair salon.
Facebook user, Tina Zohouri Devall enjoyed the new hairstyle and wrote: "So classy!! Looks great."
X user, @jsunny365 wrote: "Great! looks chic&fun&youthful."
Whereas social media user, Maria Matthews, joked: "Looks like she chopped it off herself."
Teasing royal fans, Lady Amelia Windsor shared one photograph of a pile of hair on the floor of the studio via her Instagram, while in another, she posed in the mirror with her new look.

Lady Amelia Windsor, 28, is said to have a very impressive net worth - one that exceeds Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis's combined.
According to an article by Yahoo! Finance, Lady Amelia holds an estimated net worth of between £793,000 ($1m) and £4million ($5m).
As opposed to Amelia, all three of Prince William's children - George, 10, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six - are thought to be worth around £400,000 ($500,000) each.
Amelia's grandfather is Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, a first cousin of the late Queen, and she is the second daughter and youngest child of George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews.
Lady Amelia may not live in a castle, but she has the equivalent in a stunning Notting Hill flat. Properties in Notting Hill had an overall average price of £1.5million over the last year, meaning Amelia's home is likely worth the same if not more.

Lady Amelia has appeared alongside the royals for certain events, like standing on the balcony for the Trooping the Colour.
But it wasn't until 2016 that she began making a name for herself in the world of fashion and modelling. She is often spotted at the front row of global fashion shows and has even worked behind the scenes for the likes of Azzedine Alaia and Bvlgari — but she's shown an interest in moving the fashion interest forward and focusing on recycled fashion.
This year, Amelia worked with the team at Kent Wildflower Seeds on a garden at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show – her first-ever display at the event.
The Chelsea Flower Show ran from May 21-25 this year, showcasing over 500 exhibitors on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
On May 20, the reigning monarch, King Charles and Queen Camilla stepped out in the evening sunshine to visit the RHS Chelsea Flower Show before heading to tour the gardens and view some of the displays.
