The MarTech field is facing a significant gap in its talent pipeline. In a collaboration between the ANA Educational Foundation (AEF) and the ANA MarTech Leadership Council, we are launching an initiative aimed at tackling the critical talent shortage in the MarTech industry by nurturing the next generation of diverse, skilled professionals. We have launched "Drive for 25" as a fundraising program which allows your company to support MarTech education by donating an ANA University Membership! Twenty-five colleges have been identified and would welcome the opportunity to incorporate MarTech training, speakers, and resources into their curriculum. Our goal is to support all 25 schools by year-end. With your help, students and professors will be able to receive valuable insights, access to MarTech training and learn from industry leaders who visit the classroom.
