Check out the progress ARCO National Construction Company is making on this new 83,000 SF cold storage facility in Winchester, Virginia for WCS Logistics, a Winchester Cold Storage Company, Inc.. Strategically located near the I-81 corridor and the Virginia Inland Port, the facility will offer customers flexible temperature-controlled solutions. Features will include 68,750 square feet of freezer space with 43’ clear height, allowing for over 13,000 pallet positions, an 8,750 square foot cold dock, 12 dock positions, insulated metal panel (IMP) construction, and a CO2 cascade refrigeration system. This will be the third-party logistics and warehousing service provider’s fifth facility, adding to its portfolio of more than 900,000 square feet of space servicing the East Coast. ARCO National Construction Company and repeat client Overland Property Group recently celebrated the grand opening of a 56,000 SF, three-story independent living facility in Conroe, Texas. The Landmark 301 development, which is located on the site of the formerly abandoned Montgomery County Hospital, includes 47 affordable apartments ranging from efficiency to one- and two-bedroom options for occupants 55 and older. The project serves as a significant transformation for the city atmosphere by bringing residential community members back to the downtown district while helping address the affordable housing demand. Amenities include fitness, activity, and community rooms, a library, two sitting areas, a courtyard, and two balconies. ARCO recently celebrated the start of our latest project for Pure Development and Domino's in Ontario, California! The 64,320 SF expansion will more than double the size of the leading pizza chain’s busiest production and distribution center in the nation and will allow Domino’s to service thousands of stores throughout the Western U.S. To celebrate the start of this significant project, ARCO, Pure Development, and Domino’s hosted a special demolition day event, marking the official beginning of the project. Once completed, the expansion will include a 31,351 SF dry warehouse, an 11,388 SF -10°F freezer, an 8,317 SF 35°F cold dock, a 7,685 SF 35°F cooler, and a CO2 refrigeration system. This is the third project ARCO and Domino’s have partnered to complete. In celebration of National Red Wine Day, we are revisiting the heart of Northern California’s wine country in Napa County with a look back at this 250,650 SF wine distribution facility ARCO completed for Copper Peak Logistics. Specializing in wine fulfillment across the nation, the warehouse replaced the company’s existing facility and more than tripled its distribution space. Facility features include 58°F warehouse storage, a 6,500 SF office, 20 dock positions, and tilt-up construction. We are proud to have been part of this best-in-class project! ARCO is nearing completion of this two-building industrial development for repeat client Foxfield LLC in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania. The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub includes two Class A distribution facilities, including a 360,000 SF rear-loading facility located on the northern parcel and a 450,000 SF cross-dock facility situated on the southern parcel. The development is strategically located to provide easy access to I-295, I-95, Route 1, and Route 13, allowing for distribution up and down the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. North building features include 36 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, and three main entrances, while the south building features 44 dock positions, four drive-in ramps, and four main entrances. Both facilities have 40’ clear height, precast concrete walls and structural steel framing, 3,000 amp electrical services, solar-ready roof structures, and 50’x50’ column spacing. ARCO recently completed this 216,688 SF speculative warehouse for repeat client Stonemont Financial Group and Silver Creek Development. The El Mirage Commerce Center is strategically located on 13 acres just 30 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix and can accommodate multiple tenants. Facility features include tilt-up construction, 32’ clear height, 48 dock positions, 2 drive-in doors, 162 auto parking spaces, 44 trailer parking spaces, and future EV charging stations. Once completed, the 52,253 SF office and warehouse will include 51 private offices, a 2,000 SF training room with stadium seating, and four conference rooms. The office will also include several amenities for associates to enjoy, such as a 6,000 SF gym, a break room/kitchen and game room, an NBA-sized basketball court, and more.
