Some new, exciting announcements this week at Carson Power… Chris Cadwell has been appointed as our Chief Commercial Officer. He will oversee all commercial aspects of our development process, from capital-raising to managing relationships with our IPPs and project buyers. Gary Margolin has been named our Chief of Staff. He will provide support to the senior leadership team and the organization, while also serving as the point person for all matters related to people and culture.   Both of these exceptional talents bring an extensive experience in their respective fields and the energy development industry.   Great things are on the horizon! ☀ #CarsonPower

Carson Power is thrilled to announce that Lori Arndt has officially joined us as Chief People Officer and a member of our executive team. To date, Lori has been working as a consultant with Carson Power in the capacity of our Chief of Staff and has been instrumental in helping us structure and build the organization. As Chief People Officer, Lori will create and manage people-centered activities to support the company's growth targets such as talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, training, performance development, the internship program, benefit offerings, social committee events/activities, office management, merchandise, and conference planning and attendance.
