This could mean a workout before or after work, but always ensure you aren’t sacrificing your personal goals for work. I also bought a walking pad, so when I am cold calling or doing administrative tasks, I make sure to get in 3-4 miles a day!” 🧠 Self-Reflection and Fulfillment: “Always be honest with yourself and ask: Am I being fulfilled? Am I working as hard as I can? Am I implementing feedback? Am I bringing my best self to work every day?
