As part of our belonging initiatives, we were honored to hear from three accomplished women on their personal experiences in different walks of business. Our panelists come from a rich set of backgrounds, and brought diverse perspectives to the question of how women can advocate for themselves and others in the workplace. All in all, it served as a welcome reminder that although we have come far, there is still much work to be done. As our founder and CEO Levi King put it: Until we see 50% of world leaders, Fortune 1000 CEOs, judges, non-profit CEOs, venture-backed entrepreneurs, board members, executives, engineers, and all other critical roles in society filled by women, we have work to do. According to another, the average business owner spends 26 hours researching and applying for funds. We’ve partnered with Fundbox to change that.
