Powering Hiring Efficiency w/Talent Intelligence & Analytics through AI

I can't let today pass without commenting on how much progress we have made. And when I say progress, I mean... 'one step forward, one step back'. It's true. A side by side comparison still shows that women are consistently paid less for everything, every where, all the time. There are 1,000 fun statistics - but that's the bottom line. So shrink your salary bands and pay grades, stop negotiating salaries and pay everyone what they are worth. #WomenEqualityDay #WomensDay #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2024

Working towards a sustainable future | Certified 6x AWS Sr. Solutions Architect | Speaker | Mentor | Inclusion Ambassador | Thought Leader | Masters of Science in Information Systems

This Thursday I had the incredible honor of speaking on a panel discussion about "Innovation for Gender Equality: Activating Tech and Creating a Gender Equal Future in Tech" at the Women Impact Tech Conference 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia. Alongside a remarkable group of esteemed panelists and our awesome moderator we discussed key pivotal moments that shaped our career, essential skills for women in tech industry and beyond. The insights shared by my fellow panelists were truly invaluable. Truly grateful to Jenny Carangelo for giving me this great opportunity. These events truly become worthwhile even if you are able to inspire one fellow woman and it made my day when I read these in my inbox, "I like the way you were answering questions, So confident and trying to explain every single part of what you know" "I loved how passionate you were for the tech and the community!" #womenintech #genderequalityintech

Life + Leadership Coach for professionals who want more purpose & passion in EVERYTHING they do! Executive Coach. Life Coach. Group Facilitator. Keynote Speaker. **Founder of Best Ever Mastermind** Women in Tech Advocate

I participated in a fantastic panel discussion for Women Impact Tech where we talked about the qualities that make a leader someone people want to follow. We talked about empathy, authenticity, accountability, and leaning into whatever makes you unique. We shared stories of having difficult conversations, building trust and respect, and staying connected in remote, hybrid, and in-person environments. What struck me most was the thread throughout our conversation that the best leaders CARE. They care about their people at work and outside of work. They know what's going on in their lives, how they spend their weekends, and how they can support their teams in whatever challenges they face. They make time to check-in, answer questions, and recognize their people. The best leaders care and their people feel cared about. And that, more than anything else, leads to trust, respect, and a genuine desire to work together. Shout out to the fantastic A-Team (my first collaboration where all our names started with A): Anita Morris, Alejandra Torchia, and Amanda Kersey #leadershipdevelopment #womenintech
