For some of you, it could be because you challenge yourself to create in ways you didn't know you knew how and experienced new levels of micro-leadership. This can be a way of exploring and developing your strengths For some of you, it could be because you are seeking practical experience applying your expertise or you wish to explore career options through trying them. For others of you it is because you hhave a specific professional objective such as becoming a manager of people or a career goal such as getting certified as a project manager. For those people, virtually volunteering as a service-learning volunteer aligns with mutual objectives.
