What subscription do I need to speak to Which? experts?

To speak to our Which? experts, you will need a subscription to either our Legal, Money, or Tech Support services depending on the issue. If you would like support choosing the best option for you, please get in touch.

Where do I book an appointment? 

You can book an appointment to speak to one of our experts by logging in and using our online portal here

Will I receive confirmation of my appointment once booked?

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive confirmation of the date and time sent to your registered email.

How do I cancel an appointment? 

You can cancel online by clicking 'My Account', and 'Appointments' and selecting the 'Cancel or reschedule' option next to your upcoming appointment. On the 'Schedule appointment' window, click 'Cancel meeting', select a reason for cancelling, and 'Confirm' once complete.
