Childcare Services

  • Where: KidSpace, 3rd Floor

Speak with staff from the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County to find a childcare provider that serves your child's unique needs. Appointments are required. To make an appointment, call (561) 514-3300.

Meet with a Licensed Social Worker

Families with children birth through age 18 can get free one-on-one case management, therapeutic support, and advocacy for life’s most difficult challenges. Services include referrals and linkages to programs of need (food, housing, mental health, childcare, and more). For more information or to make an appointment, call (561) 868-7750.

Community Assistance

  • When: Mondays, 3 - 5 p.m.; Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10 a.m. - Noon
  • Where: Study Room B, 4th Floor

Staff from the City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development are here to assist residents with applying for community resources such as rental assistance, utility assistance, and food stamps, and to provide referrals to other available community resources.

Lois' Food4Kids

  • When: Pick up - while supplies last
  • Where: KidSpace, 3rd Floor

Lois' Food4Kids gives each child aged 5-12 one bag of food that includes two drinks, two breakfasts, two lunches, two snacks, and one family dinner.

Job Help

CareerSource Palm Beach County

  • When: 1st Wednesday of each month, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Where: Computer Lab, 2nd Floor

They provide confidential crisis and emergency counseling, and resource referrals for disaster assistance, food, shelter, housing, rental assistance, healthcare and insurance services, veterans services, and childcare and family services.
