Cody Mitchell (Republican Party) is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 65. He assumed office on November 14, 2022. His current term ends on November 11, 2024.

Biography
Cody Mitchell was born in Greeneville, Tennessee, and lives in Bethune, South Carolina. Mitchell earned a B.A. in history from Presbyterian College in 2008 and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 2011. His career experience includes working as a trial lawyer with Lucas, White, & Mitchell. Mitchell has served on the board of the Sandhills Medical Foundation.[1][2]
