Wendell Jones (Democratic Party) is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 25. He assumed office on November 14, 2022. His current term ends on November 11, 2024.
Jones (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the South Carolina House of Representatives to represent District 25. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024.[source] He advanced from the Democratic primary on June 11, 2024.
Biography
Wendell Jones was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and lives in Piedmont, South Carolina. Jones graduated from Spartanburg High School in 1989. He earned a B.A. in finance from Wofford College in 1993. Jones' career experience includes owning a business and working as a pastor with Changing Your Mind Ministries. He has served as the president of the Wendell Jones Leadership Institute.[1][2]

He also owns Wendell Jones Leadership Institute that provides entrepreneurial training as well as management and leadership development. He is a graduate of Wofford College with a degree in finance. He is a certified entrepreneurial coach certified through the Kauffman Foundation. He is the 2021 recipient of the Silver Crescent Award for the state of South Carolina. Has served on several local boards including Urban League of the Upstate and the American Heart Association.
