Synopsis

Shadowfax started as a hyperlocal food-delivery company in 2015 with INR2 crore funding from angel investors. Later, the Flipkart-backed firm built a niche in return-to-origin or reverse logistics. Today, Shadowfax competes with top e-commerce logistics players and scaled up to the fourth spot after Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees. But some critical nodes still remain a work in progress.
