Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court summoned AAP leader Atishi Marlena in a defamation suit filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. The suit alleges that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi accused the BJP of attempting to lure AAP MLAS and bribe them to switch parties. BJP's Bansuri Swaraj stated that Kejriwal's January 27, 2024 tweet is defamatory.
