It's not an exaggeration to say that 'Raisina Dialogue' brings together more disparate voices than other such conclaves, especially those in the West, and attempts a vastly better geographical distribution of those voices. “We are in active dialogue with the EU and EFTA for a free trade agreement... I do believe that both of these are eminently doable and will significantly help us expand our engagement not only in trade in goods services, but also in investments, technology, tourism, innovation, and clean energy,” Goyal said at CII India-Nordic Baltic Business Conclave.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar highlighted India's synergy with Baltic e-governance and innovation during the CII-Nordic Baltic conference in New Delhi. Stressing on strategic ties, he outlined economic collaboration, trade statistics, and growing Indian presence in the region. Discussions spanned sectors like renewable energy, maritime cooperation, technological advancements, and India's keen interest in Arctic collaborations, aiming for a robust partnership.

Learnings from COVID can transform governance in many societies: India to Nordic & Baltic states
Speaking at the virtual India-Nordic-Baltic Conclave under the theme "An Innovation-driven Partnership for Growth in a New World", Jaishankar said, "Learnings from the pandemic response if applied creatively and imaginatively can transform governance in many societies. We have direct experience of providing direct financial and material support to our citizens in this period perhaps on a scale unprecedented."
