The cities with the lowest living costs are Islamabad, Lagos, and Abuja. Mumbai is the highest-ranked Indian city at 136th, with Delhi moving up to 165th. Other Indian cities listed are Chennai (189), Bengaluru (195), Hyderabad (202), Pune (205), and Kolkata (207).
