    Assam police Special Task Force (STF) arrested Khaigoulen Kipgen from Manipur at the Sonapur Toll Gate in Guwahati, recovering suspected drone batteries, cash, and other items. The arrest is linked to intelligence suggesting a Manipur-based banned organization was procuring equipment for potential sabotage activities. Kipgen, who was traveling with two minors, had ten TB30 intelligent flight batteries, Rs 3.40 lakh in cash, shoes, and a mobile handset.
