    Interim Budget 2024-25: Rs 312 cr for training of babus, Rs 10 cr for administrative reforms

    The interim Union Budget for 2024-25 allocates over Rs 310 crore to the Personnel Ministry for the training of government employees, both domestically and internationally. The budget includes Rs 105.31 crore for the Training Division, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), and Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Rs 120.56 crore for various training schemes, and Rs 86.13 crore for the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (Mission Karmayogi).

    Government to set up task force for land governance in North-Eastern states

    A task force will be set up for land governance in the North-Eastern states, the Union Rural Development Ministry said on Wednesday. The decision was taken at the recently concluded National Conference on "Land Governance in North Eastern States" held in Guwahati, Assam on May 3-4.
