The Registrar of Companies (RoC) for Delhi and Haryana found the company and officials liable for penal action due to their failure to identify SBOs. Nadella and Roslansky are identified as SBOs, facing penalties for non-reporting. Section 90 of the Companies Act mandates SBO disclosure.
