    Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Kirti Vardhan Singh, is en route to Kuwait to oversee assistance for Indians affected by a devastating fire. He mentioned that some bodies have been charred beyond recognition. "The rest of the situation will be clear once we reach there," Vardhan stated before departing for Kuwait. The Minister revealed that a DNA test is being conducted to identify the victims, most of whom are burn victims.
