    UK-based IT firm Noventiq scraps SPAC deal to list on Nasdaq

    London-headquartered information technology firm Noventiq and special purpose acquisition company Corner Growth Acquisition have mutually agreed to terminate their blank-check deal, the companies said on Thursday.
