He was initially in police custody for five days before being moved to judicial custody for four days, then back to police custody for three days. An FIR was filed against him on May 16 for various offenses including criminal intimidation and assault on a woman.

    Orris vs. Godrej Properties dispute in Gurgaon reaches Delhi HC; Court stays coercive action

    A legal battle between developers Godrej Properties and Orris Infrastructure has reached the Delhi High Court over an alleged breach of trust and cheating involving a Rs 202 crore payment for a housing project. The Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing registered an FIR against Godrej Properties following a court order. The court has stayed any coercive action until the next hearing scheduled for July 11.

    The Tis Hazari Court in Delhi denied Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar's bail plea for a second time. He has been alleged of assaulting Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. The court had ordered Kumar on May 31 to 14-day judicial custody for a thorough investigation and to prevent interference with evidence or witnesses.

The FIR against him, filed on May 16, includes charges such as criminal intimidation, assault or criminal force with intent to disrobe, and attempted culpable homicide.

    Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's close associate Bibhav Kumar has approached the Delhi High Court. He is challenging a trial court's decision to deny him bail in an assault case filed by AAP MP Swati Maliwal. On Tuesday, the Tis Hazari court granted Kumar a three-day custody to the Delhi Police for further interrogation. This decision came after he had already completed four days of judicial custody.

    Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bhibav Kumar's bail plea is being heard in Delhi' Tis Hazari Court. The court reserved its order till 4pm. Kumar has been accused of assaulting Rajya Shabha MP Swati Maliwal in the chief minister's residence on May 13. He was sent to judicial custody on May 24.
