    The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a Prosecution Complaint against 299 individuals and entities, including 76 Chinese-controlled entities, in a money laundering case in Nagaland. The Special Court in Dimapur has taken cognizance of the offence after finding a prima facie case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The case involves duping investors with promises of high returns through investments in a cryptocurrency mining scheme using an app called "HPZ Token." ED's investigation has led to the freezing of Rs. 176.67 crore and attachment of properties worth Rs. 278.70 crore.
