    Telangana Assembly Election 2023 Full Winner List: The Congress party has emerged victorious in the Telangana Legislative Assembly elections, securing a majority of the seats. This win marks the first non-BRS government in Telangana. Telangana becomes the second southern state to be won by the Congress party in 2023, following their triumph in Karnataka earlier in May. The swearing-in ceremony for the new government is expected to take place on either December 4 or 9, as per a report from the Press Trust of India
