    Chandrababu Naidu meets PM Modi, seeks Central govt's support for Andhra Pradesh

California hosts the largest Telugu-speaking population, nearing 200,000, followed closely by Texas (150,000) and New Jersey (110,000). States like Illinois (83,000), Virginia (78,000), and Georgia (52,000) have also seen significant increases. Telugu associations confirm these trends align with their estimates.

    Sources on Friday claimed that the officials initially sought the textbooks to be returned but now suggested pasting the foreword page on the backside of the (inner) cover page so that the reference to the previous government is not visible. The Telangana State United Teachers Federation on Friday sought the state government to conduct an inquiry and take action against officials who are responsible for the error.
